Circular 84/23 Annual State Congress venue for 2025-2027

ANZAC House has commenced the search for venues to host the annual RSL NSW Congress/AGM from 2025 to 2027. If your city has a venue that meets the selection criteria, please advise your Member Support Team, on or before 31 December 2023.

Venue selection criteria 

For consideration, venues must fit the following criteria:

  • Seating capacity for minimum 500 people on long trestle tables (not round tables)
  • Weekend availability (Friday to Sunday) in late October in 2025, 2026 and 2027
  • Located in the city centre
  • Accommodation for 500 rooms within walking distance
  • City is accessible by train or coach
  • City is accessible by plane
  • Venue, catering and audio visual is within budget ($90,000)

Destination NSW has provided suggestions for venues that meet these requirements. This list can be found on the Congress page of the RSL NSW website.
