Find Help DVA Claims and VRB Appeals

We understand that lodging a Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) claim or submitting an appeal to the Veterans Review Board (VRB) can be daunting and complex.

The RSL NSW partner charity, RSL LifeCare, has a friendly team of highly trained Claims Advisors that can support veterans and their families with the claim process.

RSL LifeCare provides free and independent advice on all benefits and payments available from the Department of Veterans’ Affairs.

If you are dissatisfied with a decision made by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs concerning your claim, please contact RSL LifeCare to discuss options for an appeal including representation at the Veterans’ Review Board.
