Circular 39/23 10% off Member Merchandise Store

A Member Merchandise Store discount is now available to all RSL NSW members.

All RSL NSW members already benefit from a wholesale price and fixed-price shipping. This store was established with a view to reducing costs associated with the purchase of uniforms and embroidery, and ANZAC House receives no benefits.What’s new?

• 10% discount off everything in the Member Merchandise Store, with no minimum order or spend required. Prices shown already include the 10% discount and there is no end date.
• Additional merchandise including cotton tote bags, ladies’ chino skirt, ladies’ chino pants, and ladies’ polo shirts are now available.
• New items, such as business shirts and ties will be available soon.

What’s changed?

• The new 10% discount on all items replaces bulk purchasing discounts.

How can members/sub-Branches place an order?

• Members view the Member Merchandise Store catalogue and send an order request to their sub-Branch.
• Sub-Branch Office Bearers collate order requests from Members and then place an order by logging into the Member Merchandise Store. (See below for sub-Branch account details.)
• Here are links to the User Guide and video walkthrough to assist sub-Branch Office Bearers navigate the store.

How do sub-Branches set up a Member Merchandise Store account?

Member Merchandise Store login details have been emailed to all sub-Branches. Search for the email with the subject line ‘Peak Marketing Welcomes RSL NSW’ or contact your Member Support Team.

The Store can process payments using a credit card at the checkout, however sub-Branches also have the option to set up a 30-Day account to place an order and be invoiced for goods by completing the 30-Day Application form. Suggest a new merchandise idea
