Join Old Bar Beach sub-Branch for weekly Back To Balance excercise classes. Improve your balance, strength, and mobility. Reduce your risk of falls & fear of falling.


  • Low to moderate intensity, low impact
  • Group exercise setting
  • Targeted for over 60 years old, but all ages welcome
  • Health screening by the exercise instructor is required prior to commencing to ensure suitability and safety
  • Experienced exercise instructor with a background in physiotherapy and exercise science.
