Circular 56/22 Mobile Service Centre to visit South Western New South Wales
DVA has partnered with Services Australia to give veterans and their families in rural and remote areas face‑to-face access to DVA and Services Australia services through the Mobile Services Centre (MSC) pilot. From mid-January to early April 2023, the Golden Wattle MSC will be travelling across South Western New South Wales.
The Services Australia staff on board the MSCs have been trained by DVA and can provide information about DVA services, as well as assisted access to online services.
Staff from Services Australia travel with the Mobile Service Centres and can help with Centrelink and Medicare payments and services. The Mobile Service Centres have disabled access.
