Circular 14/21 Congress and Annual General Meeting

The Annual RSL NSW Congress and Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 October 2021 at the Newcastle Exhibition & Convention Centre (NEX), 309 King Street Newcastle West.

Under the current Public Health Order to ensure social distancing of one person per 2sqm the capacity at NEX allows for a nominated delegate and an alternate delegate from each sub-Branch and official invited guests. Accordingly, there is no capacity for observers.

Congress will commence at 0830 on 25 October. The formal proceedings will be followed by refreshments on-site. Arrangements will not be made for dinner that evening.

Delegates will be invited to collect their voting device before the AGM commences on Tuesday 26 October. The finish time will be determined when all motions have been received.

There will be no formalities planned for Sunday 24 October.
