Circular 10/24 The Member Portal is now live!

The Member Portal is now live! Important member information and resources housed under the ‘Member Resources’ section of the public-facing RSL NSW website have been moved to the new password-protected Portal, accessible only to RSL NSW members.

Included in the Member Portal are resources related to services and support, governance, Veteran Support Fund, awards and recognition, the RSL NSW Sport & Recreation Program, the Member Merchandise Store, commemorations and events, membership forms, and ANZAC House communications.

ANZAC House developed the Portal in consultation with a reference group of members and will make ongoing enhancements to the Portal, including the functionality to update member details online, in consultation with that group and based on feedback from members.

The Member Portal will not replace the sub-Branch Portal or its contents. The sub-Branch Portal can now be accessed via the ‘Member Log-In’ drop-down on the RSL NSW homepage. The login for the sub-Branch Portal remains the same.

How to access the Member Portal:
Visit rslnsw.org.au/member-portal or click on the ‘Member Log-In’ drop-down on the homepage of the RSL NSW website and select ‘Member Portal’. You’ll then be asked to log in using your name and member number. Please use your full name and seven-digit member number, exactly as it appears on your membership card.

If you navigate out of the Member Portal at any time to visit the main website, you can find your way back by clicking on the top right ‘Member Portal Home’ button. Please see the instructional video and list of FAQs for further guidance.
