By the numbers: RSL NSW community impact 2021

RSL NSW, sub-Branches and members continue to support veterans and their families across the state.

More than 20,000 RSL NSW members provide countless hours of volunteer support to veterans and their families across the state. Our members reach out and lend a hand to veterans and their families in their local community every day – whether that’s by helping fellow veterans, arranging commemoration events, facilitating Day Club activities – and the assistance they provide is often the least visible aspect of the League’s support, despite its great impact on many lives.

As well as this on-the-ground support, individuals and RSL sub-Branches in NSW provide services and donations that help veterans find new employment or navigate DVA claims, fund relief in disaster, and more. Below, a run-down of some of the assistance provided to veterans in their families in 2021.
