The ANZAC spirit endures through these young veterans

ANZAC Day honours those who have served in the defence of Australia or its interests. 

This year, the ANZAC Day March in Sydney will be led by a group of veterans of recent conflicts in the Middle East, including Iraq and Afghanistan.

How are these younger veterans involved on ANZAC Day, and what meaning does the occasion hold for them? We spoke to six veterans – and one veteran’s partner – to find out.
