Draft Model Constitutions for Sub-Branch Incorporation
Dear members,
The current RSL NSW Constitution has provisions available for sub-Branches to incorporate under one of two models:
- Company limited by guarantee
- Incorporated association
Since the current constitution was adopted at the 2019 AGM, a number of sub-Branches have been asking for details on these model constitutions. The ANZAC House team have been working hard on this, and draft model constitutions for both are now available on the RSL NSW website.
In addition to these two drafts, there is information on how to provide feedback via your District Council. Answers to frequently asked questions will be available from Tuesday.
Please note that all feedback is due to your District Council by no later than Tuesday, 30 June.
