Veterans’ Entitlements Support

Lodging a claim with the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) or submitting an appeal to the Veterans Review Board (VRB) can be daunting and complex.

If you need help to submit a claim or appeal there are advocacy services available to you. RSL NSW offers free compensation advocates to help you through this process. They can work with you to:

Establish the details of your claim
Complete paperwork and help lodge your claim
Provide regular updates while your claim is processed

Our partner charity RSL LifeCare Veteran Services has a friendly team of highly trained Claims Advisors who can support veterans and their families with the claim process.

RSL LifeCare Veteran Services provides free and independent advice on all benefits and payments available from the DVA through face-to-face and virtual appointments.
