Join Old Bar Beach sub-Branch for weekly Back To Balance excercise classes. Improve your balance, strength, and mobility. Reduce your risk of falls & fear of falling.
- Low to moderate intensity, low impact
- Group exercise setting
- Targeted for over 60 years old, but all ages welcome
- Health screening by the exercise instructor is required prior to commencing to ensure suitability and safety
- Experienced exercise instructor with a background in physiotherapy and exercise science.
