As we move into the reporting period for sub-Branches, please find below information and support services to complete our annual financial and charitable obligations:

2020 sub-Branch Annual Returns – Due 31 March

The RSL NSW Constitution requires sub-Branch Annual Returns to be submitted to ANZAC House by 31 March each year.

The SBA forms are available in the Members’ Suite of the website. Please click here to be redirected to the page.

Membership Renewals – Due 31 March

It is important that all membership renewals must be completed by 31 March. Renewals must be processed using the sub-Branch Portal in order to calculate the correct invoice amount for your sub-Branch.

ANZAC House will generate and distribute invoices for capitation fees based on the information that has been recorded for each member of your sub-Branch. Please do not send capitation fees to ANZAC House before you receive the invoice from ANZAC House in April.

2020 Annual Information Statement (AIS) – Due 30 June

The Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) requires every RSL NSW sub-Branch to complete an Annual Information Statement (AIS) to maintain its charitable status.

The AIS can be completed online via the ACNC website by clicking this link.

Please use this as an opportunity to ensure that the Responsible People are displayed on your Charity Summary and reflected in the sub-Branch Portal.
