Circular 13/21 Update required to member details
To ensure that the June edition of the Reveille and all other correspondence from ANZAC House reaches members, it is essential that their postal and email addresses and telephone numbers are current and that membership fees have been paid.
The Reveille is only sent to members who have paid their membership fee and are recorded as a Financial Member in the sub-Branch portal. If 2021 membership fees have been paid to the sub-Branch, then a representative of the sub-Branch Executive must update each member’s payment status in the sub-Branch portal. If membership fees are unpaid then the member will remain ‘Unfinancial’ in the system and will not receive the printed edition of the Reveille.
Please refer to Circular issued on 17 December regarding membership fees and the interim policy for sub-Branch subsidies that was implemented by the Board.
Until the Member Portal has been built there are two ways that member details can be updated:
Members of the sub-Branch Executive have access to the sub-Branch Portal and can update the contact details and membership status (Financial/Unfinancial/Deceased) of their members.

Please ensure that the details for your members have been updated in the sub-Branch Portal on or before 14 May.
ANZAC Day Wrap-Up – Reveille
As advised in an earlier email to members a full wrap-up of ANZAC Day commemorations across the state will be included in the print and online edition of the June Reveille.
We’re looking for hi-resolution photos that are large enough to print in a magazine; that’s about 10-21cm wide – the width of a magazine page, and 300dpi. This means the photos need to be about 5-15MB.
Photos must be the highest quality possible, in focus and not blurry, and the photos exactly as they are taken without editing or compression.
