Band Application Form

Please use the form below to apply to submit an application for your band to participate in the 2020 Sydney ANZAC Day march.

This band application form must be returned to RSL NSW NO LATER THAN FRIDAY 20 MARCH 2020 to allow time for NSW Police checks and ABC TV to prepare. Late submissions will not be accepted.

RSL NSW will send this information on to ABC TV on your behalf.

Only complete the part of the form relating to vehicle permits if you’re entering and remaining in the road closure area.

Each vehicle requires its own original pass. No duplicates will be accepted.
The information required on this form is at the request of the NSW Police.
Failure to complete vehicle requirements correctly may result in permit being denied by NSW Police.
