The Anzac Memorial Centenary Project Information

11-Aug-2016

The Anzac Memorial is dedicated to the remembrance of Australians who have served in war. As Australia marks the 100th anniversary of the First World War, the NSW Government is enhancing the Memorial.

The Anzac Memorial Centenary Project will be completed in November 2018 and finally realise Bruce Dellit's original vision. Stunning new features will also be introduced and  enhance the Memorial's reputation as a New South Wales landmark.

The Memorial's small exhibition space will be closed to the public from 1 August 2016 to allow for construction works.

The Hall of Memory will remain open except on the afternoon of Wednesday 10 August 2016.  Group and school bookings continue to be encouraged at all other times.
